Insulation Materials
Glass wool, stone wool, EPS, XPS, PIR/PUR, wood fibre, spray-applied — an LCA model fitting every insulation category. clca computes the thermal-conductivity-and-thickness-based functional unit automatically and populates the EN 15804+A2 modules in one click.
Cement
CEM I, II, III, IV and V types; clinker ratio, supplementary materials (fly ash, slag, limestone) — clca holds all cement variants in one model. EN 16908 PCR-aligned modulary table and verifier bundle.
Concrete
Mix-design-based functional unit (1 m³, by strength class); CEM type, aggregate source, water/cement ratio and admixtures are all inputs. Upstream cement records propagate automatically into the concrete model.
Steel
GWP differs 2-3× between blast-furnace-basic-oxygen (BF-BOF) and electric arc furnace (EAF) routes. clca models both, with grid mix selection for EAF (including Turkish TEİAŞ mix). Scrap rate (recycled-content) is transparently reported in module D.
Plastics
PE, PP, PVC, PET, PS, PU, bio-based plastics — polymer production (cradle-to-resin) + conversion (extrusion, injection, blowing). clca integrates ecoinvent's PlasticsEurope LCI data and reports bio-based and recycled-content credits separately.
