Frequently asked questions

Can I upgrade between plans later?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan at any time. When you upgrade, all of the new plan's features (additional methodologies, custom activities/methods and a higher LCA allowance) are applied to your account instantly.
How long is my license valid?
A purchased license is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Your license period and remaining LCA allowance are always visible from your account.
What is the demo license and what does it include?
The demo license lets you try the product free for 7 days. It includes 1 LCA and up to 10 inventory entries. When the demo ends your data is preserved; once you purchase a plan you continue right where you left off.
What happens when I reach my LCA limit?
Once you have used up your plan's LCA allowance you can no longer create new LCAs, but you can keep working on existing LCAs and accessing your reports. Upgrade your plan for a higher LCA allowance.
What happens to my existing LCAs when I change plans?
Your existing LCAs and all your data stay exactly as they are. A plan upgrade only adds new features and higher limits; no data is deleted or reset.
Are invoices / corporate purchases possible?
Yes. An invoice is issued for every purchase and you can buy with corporate (company) details. For bulk licenses or specific enterprise needs, please get in touch with us.
